A lot of AC/DC fans are so devoted to Bon
Scott that they think that AC/DC died when he did. I don't agree
with this view, in fact, I believe that their first post Scott
album, Back In Black, was undoubtedly their best. I don't
feel as if I was alone in thinking that either, given the fact
that it is still their best-selling album ever. However, I would
rate Scott's last album, Highway to Hell (1979), as a close
second.
Every song on the Back in Black album just rocks. Tracks
like "Shoot to thrill", Rock and Roll Aint Noise
Pollution", and
their more popular classic rock radio favorites like "Hells
Bells", "You
Shook Me All Night Long" and the Title Track virtually makes this
album a greatest hits package. |
