| This guy has a serious attitude problem but
what a guitar player! It's a good thing that he's such a good
guitar player too, because you really have to back up that
attitude (and the fact that you come out swinging from a rope
and wearing a loin cloth) with some level of musicianship. On
this CD, he really backs it all up with a fine selection of
rocking songs. "Cat Scratch Fever",
"Free-for-all", "Stranglehold" and "Wango
Tango". Other than his solo works I'd strongly recommend
his work with Damn Yankees. That's where he teamed up with
Styx's Tommy Shaw and Night Ranger's Jack Blade. I'd recommend
the first album Damn Yankees (1990) over the second
album, although both are great. |
