Captain Goggle (Defender of freedom and stuff) is the arch rival
of Dr Psychotic. Having vowed to thwart Dr Psychotic's
efforts in the pursuit of world domination, he works both
tirelessly and courageously in this undertaking.
Born as Morris
Mahoof, commonly referred to as Moe Mahoof, he lived an average
middle-class childhood. Young Moe, however, had always
maintained high ambitions. Not necessarily an individual
of great intellect, he has always somehow managed to compensate
for that particular deficiency with his optimistic and
enthusiastic nature.
Captain
Goggle cleverly poses as the editor of Must Have
Magazine. It was originally a publication devoted to
advancing the creative community. It however failed
miserably in this goal and was bought up by Psychoticorp TM, the
evil corporate entity controlled by none other than Dr Psychotic
himself. Now used as the primary propaganda machine for Dr
Psychotic, it serves as the perfect opportunity for Moe Mahoof
and his alter ego, Captain Goggle, to penetrate Dr Psychotic's
inner circle.
Together with his trusty
sidekick, Satchmo, Captain Goggle will forever work to free the
world from the evil grips of Dr Psychotic and his horrible
henchmen, henchwomen and other people of hench-like status.
