DrPsychotic.com will make no claim of ownership regarding written submissions sent in to us.  Nor will we claim exclusive publishing rights.  Also, we will regard the author's work to be the intellectual property of the author.  We will not post any work that does not come with an accompanying E-mail that clearly states that the submitted work is the creation of the person submitting it and that we are being granted permission to post it on our site.         DrPsychotic.com will not accept works that contain profanity or offensive language.  We will not post photos that contain nudity.  We will not knowingly accept material that has already been given exclusive publishing rites.  We would be happy to include a link to a submitter's Web site, so that the author may use the sample of his/her work to promote their other works as well as themselves.   Provided their site is not a pornography site.  This Web site is designed to give people an opportunity to share their work with others as well as an opportunity to promote themselves. But even we have some standards.
